By registering for an account or using NextGen Reports, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Account Registration & Mobile Verification

To access NextGen Reports, you must register using a valid full name, email address, and 10-digit mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Free Trials & Points System

• Standard Trial: New registrations receive a 5-day free trial and 150 promotional points.
• Referral Bonus: Registering with a valid referral code extends the trial to 10 days plus 150 promotional points.
• Points and trial periods are non-transferable and carry no cash value. NextGen Reports reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional rewards at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse NextGen Reports services, including but not limited to creating multiple fake accounts to abuse trial points, reverse-engineering the platform, or engaging in unauthorized data scraping.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the referral system without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

NextGen Reports is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any service interruptions, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
